Crew Lunch Package

Lets get your crew and the decisions makers happy with a single catered meal that…just satisfies everyone!

• Paper plates and flat wear 

2nd Meal – Rushed 3-hours notice

We know when the need for a 2nd meal comes into play, your crew is tired and needs something hearty to get them through the next few hours of grinding…and didn’t plan on the shoot going over today.  We can prepare the below meals onsite for your team with three-hours notice pending we have at least one resource available within the Austin and San Antonio markets.

1. Hot Dog, Hamburger and Roasted Seasonal Veggies with all the fixins’
   1. Mixed green salad with fresh tomatoes and cucumber
   2. Mac and Cheese or Baked Beans
   3. Bag of Chips
2. Chicken/Beef and Roasted Veggies Fajita Bar
   1. Black beans
   2. Chips + Salsa
3. Tri-Tip, Chicken and Veggie BBQ
   1. Mixed Green salad with fresh tomatoes and cucumber
   2. Mac and Cheese or Baked Beans

Platinum Package

Schedule + Service Area

We require 48hr notice for crafty service and 72hrs notice for any catered meals to assure ingredients can be sourced and time to prep meal(s). 

Service Area reaches 30-mile radius from SW Austin, but will go outside of service area for quoted rate.

Wedding MOHO Package

Ok…you have booked your wedding day MOHO and now you have to choose what you want to eat and drink with your closest family and friends.  The only options not included in your wedding day MOHO package will be labeled as “Add-on.”

• Choice of welcome drink for you and your wedding party; Mimosas, Margaritas, local beers or a special cocktail.
• Finger foods(2) from options menu
• Dip(2) from options menu
• Grab-and-Go snacks
• Flat and sparkling water
• Juice(2) + Soda(2)
• Choice of “toast” drink

Groom’s Fuel + Food Package

Ok…we know how this works and have an idea of what y’all will need to make your day as good as you want it to be. 

• Grab and go snacks that are curated by you…or your wife to be. 
• Non-alcoholic beverages; Coffee to go in the morning, flat and sparkling water, assorted soda
• Alcoholic beverages cannot be provided by us, but we will prepare for cocktails, beer coolers and/or specialty cocktails. 
• Tailgate lunch at a chosen location or bagged lunch during pre wedding outing.
